Michael is a strategic advisor and a V360 Coalition founder. He is is a licensed CPA, entrepreneur and the founder of two companies that he manages in Dallas. Michael brings more than 35 years of experience in diverse tax, financial, and entrepreneurial consulting and joins the V360 team as an independent professional. His experience in managing businesses ranges from start-ups to companies up to 50 Million-dollar company. Michael’s skill set encompasses executive management, product management and financial management.

Michael is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success through establishing practical and sound tax infrastructure and financial processes. His extensive business experience through senior management and CFO roles for a variety of companies in diverse US markets. Michael has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership and tax coaching, board governance, financial management and tax planning.

Michael believes in giving back and supporting the communities where he lives and works. He has been involved with many charitable organizations over his career including Special Olympics and the S.M. Wright Foundation. Michael lives in University Park, Texas with his wife Suzanne and have 2 adult children, Jonathan (31), Eric (28).
