The V360 team is active in providing value engineering to real estate development and infrastructure projects. Patrick has incubated 31 startups through The Venture Foundry and as the founder of three operating companies has always built them without the use of outside capital.

Patrick is married to Lorri his wife of 36 years, is the father of nine productive adults and three grandkids. Born in 1962 to a modest, blue-collar Catholic family with New Orleans, LA roots, a proud English, Italian and Irish heritage. Since age 23, Patrick has invested significant hours as a volunteer in community service, student ministry, sports training, mentoring athletes, leadership and startup development.
